​Order Processing Time
At My Island Creations, we take pride in crafting each item with care and attention to detail. 
As a result, please allow additional time for any custom orders or commissions.
Standard orders of in stock items will be processed quickly with an estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days following receipt.
Occasionally we will need to make you item from scratch which can take 7-10 days, we will notify you if this is the case. 

Local Orders
Use the code LOCAL in the coupon code at check out for free delivery on Phillip Island and San Remo.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays) can impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such situations. 

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays or misplacement of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
My Island Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post directly to resolve such issues.
